SMS Terms
Strategym SMS workflows support approved operational follow-up, reminders, referral requests, and customer conversations.
Consent
End users opt in directly by submitting the public SMS consent form at https://www.strategym.ai/sms-consent and checking the unchecked, optional SMS consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and the form can be submitted without it. Businesses using Strategym also confirm that customers and leads provided their phone number through service request forms, estimate forms, booking forms, customer intake forms, missed calls, website forms, or existing service relationships where service-related follow-up is expected.
Message purpose
SMS messages may include post-service follow-up, honest review requests, estimate follow-up, referral requests, repeat-service reminders, missed-call text-back, and support-related replies.
Message frequency
Frequency varies based on the business workflow, timing settings, customer status, and suppression rules.
Help
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@strategym.ai. Replying INFO also returns help information.
Opt-out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed; after this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Replying CANCEL, QUIT, OPTOUT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, REVOKE, or END also opts you out. If you want to join again, reply START or sign up again through the consent form, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Suppression records are treated as durable by default.
Carrier terms
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
