No deceptive messaging
Customers may not use Strategym to impersonate others, hide sender identity, mislead recipients, or pressure customers into dishonest reviews.
Consent and opt-outs
Customers must honor consent, suppression, unsubscribe, and do-not-contact requirements for SMS, email, and other messaging channels.
Restricted content
Strategym may not be used for illegal activity, harassment, spam, credential theft, harmful content, or regulated use cases without explicit approval.
Enforcement
Strategym may pause or terminate messaging when abuse, compliance risk, payment failure, or customer harm is detected.
